A lobe pump meters the product instead of dragging a piston through it — chunky sauce never gets sheared into paste, and the outlet does not jam on solids.
Four interchangeable rotor geometries let you match the rotor to the particle: axe for soft pulp that must stay whole, one-leaf for hard seeds that punish metal.
An optional horizontal agitated hopper (80 L or 100 L) keeps oil and solids in suspension, so the last jar out weighs the same as the first.
Optional double water-bath heating jacket holds hot-fill products at temperature without freezing the valve between cycles.

Выбор по частице, а не наугад
Кулачковый насос перемещает продукт через широкие полости, а не проталкивает его мимо плотного уплотнения поршня. Поэтому именно выбранный ротор решает, дойдут ли кусочки фруктов целыми или превратятся в пюре.

Lobe pumping is low-shear and low-pulsation by design, which is why it is used for aerated creams. For foaming liquids we fit an extended submersible filling valve that rises from the jar floor.
