Production Areas
Precision CNC machines produce filling nozzles, valve seats, piston cylinders, and mounting plates with tight tolerances. Multi-axis machining centers handle complex geometries for custom parts.
Laser cutting, bending, and TIG welding produce machine frames, tanks, hoppers, and conveyor structures. All food-grade welds are polished to Ra 0.8 μm surface finish.
Dedicated assembly bays for single machines and full production lines. Siemens PLC programming, Festo pneumatic integration, and HMI configuration happen in parallel with mechanical assembly.
Incoming material inspection, in-process checking, and final inspection before packaging. Coordinate measuring machines, hardness testers, and surface roughness instruments are available.
Full-speed production testing with actual bottles, caps, and labels. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) is conducted here before shipment. Video recording equipment is available for remote FAT sessions.
Export-grade wooden crates with moisture barrier wrapping. Machines are bolted to skids, control panels are wrapped separately, and spare parts kits are packed in labeled boxes.
